Welcome to Al Eman Academy! Before you embark on your educational journey with us, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Course Enrollment:
    • Upon submitting the registration form, you are enrolling in the selected course(s) offered by Al Eman Academy.
    • Course availability is subject to the schedule and capacity constraints.
  2. Payment:
    • Payment details must be submitted along with the registration form.
    • For courses with trial classes, payment will be requested only after the completion of the trial period.
    • The one-time fees for the Ramadan Special Course for Kids and Ramadan Adult Special Course is due upon registration.
  3. Refund Policy:
    • Refunds for paid courses are available within 14 days of payment.
    • No refunds are provided after 14 days of course commencement.
    • Refunds are not applicable for the Ramadan Special Course for Kids.
  4. Course Schedule:
    • Course schedules are determined based on the selected frequency (3 Days/Week, 4 Days/Week, 5 Days/Week).
    • Changes to the schedule may be accommodated, subject to availability.
  5. Trial Classes:
    • Trial classes are available for selected courses.
    • Participants are encouraged to take advantage of trial classes to assess course suitability.
  6. Age and Experience:
    • Provide accurate information about age and previous Islamic Studies experience (if any).
  7. Reason for Choosing Al Eman Academy:
    • Share your genuine reason for choosing Al Eman Academy to help us improve our services.
  8. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants are expected to adhere to a respectful and supportive online learning environment.
    • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination from the course without a refund.
  9. Privacy Policy:
    • Participant information will be handled with strict confidentiality.
    • Al Eman Academy retains the right to use participant testimonials for promotional purposes.
  10. Technical Requirements:
  • Ensure access to a stable internet connection and required software/hardware for online classes.
